Pilgrims flying from Pakistan are billed in rupees; families booking from abroad book the ground package and are billed in dollars. CATEGORY A

All three packages are Maktab Category A

The Maktab, or Moalim, is the office the Saudi authorities assign to look after your group during the days at Mina, Arafat and Muzdalifah. It decides where your tent sits, how far you walk to the Jamarat, what you eat and which bus you board. It is the part of Hajj that nobody advertises and everybody feels. Ours is Category A, the highest grade, for every package on this page.

  • Walking distance to the Jamarat

    Category A camps sit closest to Mina, so the walk on the days of stoning is short rather than several kilometres.

  • Full board provided by the Moalim

    Meals are served inside the camp throughout the Mina and Arafat days. You do not go looking for food in the crowd.

  • Seat-by-seat separate buses

    A numbered seat for every pilgrim between the rites, and the collective Waqoof Arafah prayer with your own group.

Ask any operator which Maktab category they hold before you pay. It is written on the paperwork, and it is the single biggest difference between two packages that look the same on price.

Booking terms, exactly as they are printed

  • 100% payment is required to confirm a booking.
  • Once the visa is issued the payment is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • If any tax or charge comes from the Ministry, the pilgrim pays it.

We would rather you read these now than discover them later. Ask us for the booking agreement before you pay and read the refund clause first.

Nothing else. No booking fee, no service charge, no surprise added later. If we ever get a price wrong, we absorb it — not you.

Questions people ask

The ones that actually decide whether you book. Answered plainly.

Yes. We are licensed by the Ministry of Religious Affairs in Pakistan under HP#4370/K and we hold an official Hajj quota, which is what actually allows seats to be issued in your name. We will send you photographs of our licence and our quota allocation letter before you pay us anything at all. If any operator hesitates when you ask for those two documents, walk away.

The Maktab, or Moalim, is the Saudi-assigned office that runs your camp during the Mina, Arafat and Muzdalifah days. Category A is the highest grade: air-conditioned tents in Mina and an air-conditioned marquee at Arafat, full board served inside the camp, a camp within walking distance of Mina, seat-by-seat separate buses and the collective Waqoof Arafah with your own group. All three of our packages are Category A. Two packages can look identical on price and be completely different here, so ask every operator you speak to.

The Madinah hotel is Winner Al Khair X Concorde Dar Al Khair, 100 to 150 metres from Masjid e Nabawi. On the 17 and 22 day packages the Makkah hotel is Swissotel or Swiss Al Maqam, within walking distance of Masjid Al Haraam. The 14 day package arrives directly into Azizia, with air-conditioned bus service to the Haram. Before you confirm, we send you the hotel name and its location on a map so you can measure it yourself.

Because many of our pilgrims live abroad and book their own flights. The PKR packages include the return airline ticket. The USD packages are land-only: visa, hotels, Azizia, the Maktab, food and transport are all ours, and the flight is yours. Everything else in the two is identical, which is why the difference is only the ticket.

100% payment is required to confirm a booking, because the seat and the visa are secured in your name. Once the visa is issued the payment is non-refundable under any circumstances. That is written plainly in the booking agreement rather than hidden in small print — ask us for the agreement and read that clause before you pay anything. If any new tax or charge comes from the Ministry after booking, that is payable by the pilgrim.

A Pakistani passport valid to at least 28 November 2027, six photographs 4x3 cm on a light blue background, the passenger's NICOP, next of kin CNIC with relationship and contact number, the passenger's blood group, and for ladies a photograph with the hijab. We check every document before submission so nothing comes back rejected.

A large part of what we do is for pilgrims in their seventies and eighties. Wheelchairs and assistance are arranged at the airports and at the Haram, the Category A Maktab means a short walk to the Jamarat rather than a long one, and a member of our team stays with elderly pilgrims during the crowded rites. Tell us about their health honestly and we will tell you honestly which package is right — sometimes that means recommending they wait a year.

Most of our overseas bookings are exactly this. You pay from the UK, the Gulf, the USA or Canada, and we deal with your parents in Pakistan in their own language. You are copied into everything: documents, updates, photographs from the group leader at each stage. You do not have to translate or relay anything.
