I did not take their word for the hotel distance. On the first morning I walked it myself with my phone timing me. Four minutes. That told me everything about how they had dealt with us from the beginning.
My father is seventy-six. There was a wheelchair waiting at every single point, from Dubai airport to Mina. The group leader stayed beside him during the stoning. I had prepared myself to worry the whole time and I did not have to.
The price written on the paper in their office was the price I paid. Not one rupee extra, not at the airport, not in Makkah, not on the way home. After what I had heard from others, that was the surprise.

Yes. We are licensed by the Ministry of Religious Affairs in Pakistan and we hold an official Hajj quota, which is what actually allows seats to be issued in your name. We will send you photographs of our licence and our quota allocation letter before you pay us anything at all. If any operator hesitates when you ask for those two documents, walk away.
We publish measured walking distances, not marketing language. Standard is a 12 minute walk with a shuttle running throughout the day. Executive is 400 metres, about 6 minutes. VIP is 100 metres, about 2 minutes. Before you confirm, we send you the hotel name and its location on a map so you can measure it yourself. We never write 'close to Haram' without a number beside it.
A deposit secures your seat and starts the visa process. The balance is due before departure, and we can split it into instalments across the months leading up to travel — many families pay monthly. Everything is written into your booking agreement with dates, so there is never a phone call asking for money you were not expecting.
A large part of what we do is for pilgrims in their seventies and eighties. Wheelchairs and assistance are arranged at every airport and at the Haram, the VIP package exists specifically so the walk is 100 metres rather than a kilometre, and a member of our team stays with elderly pilgrims during the crowded rites. Tell us about their health honestly and we will tell you honestly which package is right — sometimes that means recommending they wait a year.
Most of our overseas bookings are exactly this. You pay from the UK, the Gulf, the USA or Canada, and we deal with your parents in Pakistan in their own language. You are copied into everything: documents, updates, photographs from the group leader at each stage. You do not have to translate or relay anything.
If the Hajj is cancelled by the authorities, or your visa is refused for a reason that is not a misrepresentation on your side, our refund terms apply and they are written in plain language in the booking agreement — not in small print, and not in legal wording you need help to read. Ask us for the agreement before you pay and read the refund clause first. We would rather you read it now than discover it later.
