Visa decisions are made by embassies and governments, never by us. We prepare and submit your application properly and follow it up — we cannot promise any outcome.

How the process runs

  1. 1

    You get the checklist

We send the exact list for your passport and your visa type. Nothing vague.

  2. 2

    We collect the documents

By WhatsApp, by courier or in the office — whichever is easier for you.

  3. 3

    We check before submission

Every page is checked by us first, because a small mistake costs weeks.

  4. 4

    The embassy processes it

We submit, we follow it up, and we tell you where it is without you asking.

  5. 5

    You collect your passport

Passport returned with the stamp, or the reason explained honestly if it is refused.

Visa questions

What documents do I need?

It depends on the country and on the passport you hold. Every visa card on this page lists the usual documents, and when you enquire we send the exact checklist for your case in writing. We check each document before it goes anywhere near an embassy.

How long does processing take?

The times on this page are what embassies are currently taking, not a promise. Peak season, public holidays and additional checks all add days. We tell you the realistic time before you pay, and we tell you if your travel date is too close.

What happens if my visa is refused?

We tell you the reason the embassy gave, in plain language, and whether reapplying is sensible. Embassy and consular fees are not refundable to anyone, including us. We never promise an approval — no agent anywhere can, and any agent who does is not being honest with you.

Can I apply for more than one visa at a time?

Usually yes, as long as your passport is not physically required in two places at once. Tell us your full travel plan and we will sequence the applications so your passport is where it needs to be.

Do you handle extensions and renewals?

For most of the countries listed here, yes. Send us the current visa and your dates, and we will tell you what is possible before you commit to anything.

Is an Umrah visa the same as a Hajj visa?

No. An Umrah visa lets you perform Umrah at most times of the year. Hajj travels on a separate visa issued against a Ministry quota, which is what our Hajj packages include. An Umrah visa cannot be used to perform Hajj.
